Harold Pena is an accomplished litigator practicing in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in different phases of litigation and has successfully represented diverse clients in a wide range of complex business and family litigation.
Harold was named a “Super Lawyer” in the 2015 and 2018 New York Metro editions of Super Lawyers Magazin. He has been interviewed about legal issues by the national, legal/ and local Press including The New York Times.
Harold received his Bachelor of Finance from George Washington University and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. He is admitted to practice Family Law in New York and Connecticut.
